Privacy policy

This Privacy Policy defines the principles of processing and protecting the personal data of users who use the website available at: www.biurosight.pl (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”). The document also specifies the rules for the use of cookies.

§ 1 Definitions

For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, the following terms shall have the following meanings:

  • User – any entity using the Website.

§ 2 General provisions

2. The Administrator makes every effort, from a legal, technical, and organizational standpoint, to best protect all personal data received from you and processed by the Administrator.

3. The Administrator does not process personal data other than that obtained directly from the User. The Administrator strives to ensure that the data necessary for the proper functioning of the Website is not collected in an excessive or burdensome manner, and that you provide only the data required to use all Website functionalities.

4. Your personal data will be stored for the period necessary to fully achieve the purposes of processing, in particular to fulfill the Administrator’s legal obligations related to the provision of services, handling complaints, and required tax and accounting settlements.

5. Providing your personal data is voluntary, but failure to do so may prevent the Administrator from providing certain services to you.

§ 3 Collection, acquisition, scope, and purpose of processing personal data

1. Within the Website, the Administrator may collect the personal data of users and potential users who contact the Administrator through customer service tools, such as the inquiry form on the Website. Such data is necessary to process the User’s request and to contact them with a response or offer.

2. The Administrator processes only the necessary and adequate personal data of users and potential users contacting the Administrator for customer service purposes. The Administrator may use the data collected through the Website’s inquiry form to contact users, in particular for service provision, customer support, permitted marketing and advertising activities, and to assess certain personal factors of the User.

3. The Administrator is entitled to store and track data solely for the purposes described above.

4. The Administrator reserves the right to filter and block messages sent through the Website’s internal messaging system, especially if they are spam, contain prohibited content, or otherwise threaten the security of Website users.

5. The Administrator is entitled to automatically collect and record data transmitted to the server by Users’ browsers or devices, such as IP address, software and hardware parameters, pages visited, mobile device ID number, and other data related to devices and system usage. Such information will be collected when using the Website.

§ 4 Redirects to external websites

1. The Administrator’s Website contains links or references to external websites or social media services (e.g., YouTube, Facebook, Instagram) and the Administrator’s profiles on such platforms, which do not belong to the Administrator. The Administrator has no control over, and is not responsible for, how personal data is processed by the owners of such external websites. However, in relation to the Administrator’s profiles on these services, this Privacy Policy applies accordingly. Users redirected to external websites are also subject to the privacy and cookie policies published by the administrators of those websites. We encourage you to review those policies.

2. The Administrator is not responsible for the data processing policies of other entities or organizations, social media providers (e.g., YouTube, Facebook, Vimeo, Instagram), operating systems, portals, or services, including data disclosed through these platforms to other entities. The Administrator may, however, gain access to certain aggregated user data from such platforms (e.g., age, gender, location, activity on external websites via the Administrator’s profile) which do not enable user identification. Such data may be used for advertising purposes, which constitutes a legally legitimate interest of the Administrator.

§ 5 Sending commercial information by electronic means

1. Through the Website, you may consent to receiving commercial information by electronic means from the Administrator regarding its products or services, as well as those of its Partners. This consent is voluntary and may be withdrawn at any time (e.g., by sending an email to mariusz.czubaj@biurosight.pl).

§ 6 Cookies

1. The Administrator automatically collects and processes information contained in cookies.

2. Cookies are IT data, in particular text files, stored on the User’s device when using the Website biurosight.pl. They are designed to facilitate the use of the Website. Cookies usually contain the name of the website they come from, their storage time on the User’s device, and a unique number.

  • the right to request restriction of processing – e.g., when data is inaccurate (until corrected), when data is unlawfully processed but you oppose deletion, when the Administrator no longer needs the data but you require it to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims, or when verifying your objection;
  • the right to data portability – data collected on the basis of consent or a contract, which you have the right to receive in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format;
  • the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

§ 8 Changes to the Privacy Policy

1. This Privacy Policy applies to the Website www.biurosight.pl and services provided through it. Any changes to this Policy resulting from amendments in law, changes in the services offered on the Website, or development of the Website’s functionalities will be promptly communicated to Users by an announcement on the Website.

2. The changes specified above shall take effect 14 days from the date of notification in the manner described above. No changes will take effect earlier than this period.
